Design Research Fundamentals
Sendfull’s flagship offering is a two-day Design Research Fundamentals Bootcamp. Learn the Customer Understanding Toolkit, pragmatic and efficient tools tailored to the specific challenges of launching new spatial computing and AI products.
Audience:
This bootcamp is meant for engineers, scientists, designers, and product managers working on spatial computing and AI products. If you have access to a dedicated Design Research team, this bootcamp will help you collaborate more effectively with them. If you don’t, through the Bootcamp you will learn a toolkit that you can immediately put to use to get better user feedback.
Syllabus:
Part I: Approaches for identifying customer needs, including leading effective customer conversations to discover opportunity areas.
Part II: Tools to translate customer insights into product solutions.
Part III: A framework to evaluate your solution from concept through launch.
Part IV: Leveraging customer conversations to understand analytics trends post-launch.
Format:

Evaluating Cognitive Load
